Shimza is a professional and passionate cake artist with over ten years of experience in designing cake structures.
She was the Queen of the Show - winner at the Cake Talks Muscat Oman in 2022 and has won many elite awards and accolades in her own country in cake making and designing.
She has completed her Diploma in Wilton method of cake making and her Masters in Arts and craft in the UK.
1st DAY - Making Rice paper Sails, bottom and top tier stacking, layering, and coating with chocolate ganache, covering the tiered cake with fondant using the paneling method and using gel colors for marble effect.
2nd DAY -Sugar veil recipe and method, making fabric frill rose and leaves, creating ruffle and decorative panels for the side and top tier, and making sugar veil and rice sheets for more intricate movements.
