Join us for a deliciously creative summer at Richemont Masterbaker’s Kids Summer Camp, where young chefs get hands-on with real recipes, quality ingredients, and professional guidance in a fully equipped pastry and bakery kitchen.
We offer two age-specific programs designed to build kitchen confidence, spark curiosity, and introduce kids to the joy of baking and cooking—from scratch.
Kiddos Program (Ages 7–11)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Monday to Friday
A playful, taste-packed journey through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert—with a new theme every day.
Week 1 covers everyday favorites like homemade Nutella toasts, soft tacos, granola bars, and brownies.
Week 2 brings pastry fun with cinnamon sugar tidbits, homemade Oreos, and blueberry custard brioche.
Week 3 dives into chocolate and coconut muffins, maritozzi, lamingtons and chocolate stuffed cookies
Your child will learn:
• Basic kitchen safety and hygiene
• Measuring and mixing techniques
• Flavor pairing and plating
• Confidence in preparing real recipes at home
Teens Program (Ages 12–14)
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Monday to Friday
For the budding bakers who want to level up.
Week 1 features chocolate babka, Korean garlic buns, maritozzi, and elegant hazelnut cake.
Week 2 dives into laminated puff pastry, tarts, gourmet cookies, and layered cakes.
Week 3 covers tiramisu cupcakes, german chocolate cake, paparoti, chicken bagels and carrot cake.
Teens will explore:
• Intermediate baking techniques
• Working with yeast and laminated dough
• Layering textures and flavors
• Creative expression through pastry
