Join us for a hands-on baking experience designed especially for young bakers. At Richemont Masterbaker, children step into a professional kitchen to explore real techniques, quality ingredients, and the joy of creating from scratch.
This programme is tailored for ages 7–11, combining structured learning with creativity and fun.
What they’ll be making
A curated selection of savoury bakes, sweet creations, and playful pastries:
• Day 1: Golden Potato & Cheese Bites
(crispy poppers served with house-made dipping sauces)
• Day 2: Dipped Biscuit Sticks
(Biscuit sticks coated in a smooth layer of chocolate, strawberry and pistachio flavoured coating. Sprinkled with nuts and candy on top)
• Day 3: Decorated Fondant Cookies
(Chocolate fondant choco-chip cookie is a decadent twist on a classic cookie, crispy on the outside, soft-baked within, and filled with a molten chocolate fondant core that oozes at the center)
• Day 4: Focaccia Muffins
(Focaccia muffins are a delightful handheld twist on traditional focaccia. Soft, airy, and golden-baked with a beautifully crisp, olive-oil-kissed crust topped with sauteed veggies and cherry tomatoes)
Kids will explore:
• Kitchen safety and hygiene fundamentals
• Measuring, mixing, and basic baking techniques
• Introduction to doughs, batters, and simple assemblies
• Creativity through decorating and presentation
• Confidence to recreate recipes at home
