In this exclusive 2-day hands-on masterclass, Frank will guide you through the process of creating a silicone mould and a professional chocolate showpiece from start to finish.

During the session, you will work directly with chocolate to produce showpiece elements, create and use silicone moulds, cast chocolate pieces, carefully demould detailed components, and assemble them into a structured chocolate showpiece under expert guidance.
