Indulge yourself into modern chocolate tempering and couverture methods, creating ice creams and frozen desserts from scratch, helping chefs and individuals hone their skills in the art of chocolate making.

Designed for beginners and professionals, this course enables students to master the art of creating desserts.

1. All About Chocolate - 3 days
Learn to process various couverture, chocolate tempering methods, right technique of handling ganache, chocolate truffles, filling molds, decorating, storage & extending shelf life.

2. Ice Cream & Frozen Desserts - 2 days
Learn about the pre-mixes, plating, designing of ice cream cakes, sorbet, differentiating and preparing parfait, frozen mousse

Certificates are accredited by KHDA (equivalent to our Ministry of Education) in the UAE and Richemont, Switzerland
