Kids Winter Camp at Richemont Masterbaker

Join us for a winter experience at Richemont Masterbaker’s Winter Camp, where young chefs get hands-on with festive recipes, quality ingredients, and professional guidance in a fully equipped pastry and bakery kitchen.
We offer two age-specific programs designed to build kitchen confidence, spark creativity, and introduce kids to the joy of baking and cooking from scratch.
Kiddos Program (Ages 7–11)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Monday to Friday
Includes candy cane peppermint cookies, ginger chocolate bundt cake, and pull-apart christmas tree garlic bread.
Your child will learn:
• Basic kitchen safety and hygiene
• Measuring and mixing techniques
• Flavor pairing and festive plating
• Confidence in preparing real recipes at home
Teens Program (Ages 12–14)
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Monday to Friday
For the budding bakers who want to elevate their skills this festive season.
Gingerbread house cake, christmas macarons, christmas yule logs, Basil pesto bread “wreaths”, christmas tree mendiants & chocolate rochers.
Teens will explore:
• Intermediate baking techniques
• Working with yeast, laminated dough, and festive decorations
• Layering textures and flavors
• Creative expression through pastry
Spaces are limited. Whether your child is just getting started or ready for the next challenge, this camp offers a safe, structured, and joy-filled introduction to the magic of winter baking.
