  • Sugar/Syrups: Preparation of Sherbet.
  • Traditional ingredients: Ghee, nuts (pistachio, almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts), akkawi cheese, rose water, dried fruits.
  • Baklava: Preparation of phyllo dough, baking techniques, variants of baklava (warbat).
  • Kunafa: Preparation of kunafa dough, baking techniques, types of kunafa (cheese kunafa, ashta kunafa, bilawria, ochalbolba).
  • Basbousa: Preparation techniques, baking techniques, types of basbousa (harissa, namorah).
  • Qatayef: Preparation and baking techniques.
  • Mamoul: Preparation of dough, baking techniques, various fillings.
  • Halawat el Jibn: Methods of preparation and baking, making of filling.

  2. The discounted price courses entitles students to pay in full in advance, with the advantage of completing the courses within ONE year from date of payment.
  3. Above fees include training costs, learning materials, printed course work and ingredients.
  4. Above fees DO NOT include cost of visa, flights, accommodation and food.
  5. All certificates are accredited by KHDA (equivalent to our Ministry of Education) in the UAE and Richemont in Switzerland.
  6. Course timings are between 8 am to 5 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
