For the love of baking, We, the only swiss bakery training institute in the Middle East exist to inspire and train as many people as possible in the science of baking. Richemont (Switzerland) courses are taught by our Master Chefs from Germany, Austria, Hungary, Algeria, and India

​Our Swiss Certified Programs are designed by The Richemont Center of Excellence in Switzerland. This helps chefs hone their skills with hands-on practice and repeated exposure to the best techniques, tools, and ingredients.

This specialized programs, complete with world-class facilities, will be delivered by three Masters for a class of 12 students on a 40-hour full hands-on training. Our program offers great attention to artistry, visual presentation, theory, and methodology.

BREAD AND BAKING

PROGRAM

This Program is for those enthusiastic individuals who are keen to upgrade their baking knowledge. They will learn how to create special pieces of bread and understand the underlying science of making great breads.

PASTRY, CHOCOLATES

AND ICE CREAMS

This Program exposes individuals to the diverse world of Swiss confectionery (cakes, cream cakes), ice creams and fine chocolate production. Although fast-paced & compact, this program provides a complete introduction to modern pastry making.
